Kim Andereck's Experience
Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal recipient.

"Nothing happens until somebody sells something!"  Curt Carlson

"What have you sold today," extolled the late Curt Carlson, Chairman and founder of Carlson Companies.  Early in his sales career, Kim Andereck, one of Carlson's young salesmen, paid heed to those words.  Since 1988, Andereck has committed his career to sales, completing over 600 "big ticket" commercial, investment and residential transactions worth over one-quarter billion dollars!

Ice cubes to Eskimos.  A co-worker once printed the cartoon on the right, and said, "Kim's so good, he could sell ice cubes to Eskimos."  Mr. Carlson quickly replied, "But we're not in the ice cube business!  The real question is, can he sell restaurant franchises to Eskimos?"

The answer seems to be a resounding "yes!"  As a corporate Vice President for Development, he hired, trained and supervised a team of franchise salesmen to sell 300+ Friendly’s and Ground Round restaurants.  In addition, Andereck personally sold another 200 Bennigan’s, Taco John's, Ponderosa, Bonanza and Country Kitchen restaurants in the U. S. and Canada.  Kim has listed, sold or leased over one hundred residential and commercial properties in Cheyenne since 2004.

Commercial real estate.  In his career, Kim has sold 70+ commercial buildings throughout the U. S.  Prior to his successful sales career, Andereck spent nearly 15 years in chain restaurant operations as Senior Vice President of The Magic Pan Company, as Manager of Houlihan's Restaurants and a Resident Manager for Holiday Inns, Inc.
