To proclaim and prove his burgers were exceptionally prime, Gus rolled into his eating-places large barrels of round, sirloin and T-bone steaks and ground them into burgers before the eyes of his guests.
This commitment to quality spawned Steak ’n Shake’s now famous slogan — "In Sight It Must Be Right."
